Guest Poet: Raine Geoghegan
Raine Geoghegan, MA, poet and prose writer was born in the Welsh Valleys; she is half Romany with Welsh and Irish ancestry. Her pamphlet Apple Water: Povel Panni, launched in December 2018, was previewed at the Ledbury Poetry Festival in July 2018. Her work has been published both online and in print with Poetry Ireland Review; Under the Radar; Little Toller and many more. Her work has also been featured in a documentary film Stories from the Hop Yards by Catcher Media.
Guest Poet: Jennie Osborne
Jennie Osborne lives near Teignmouth. She has two collections from Oversteps, How to be Naked and Colouring Outside the Lines.
Jennie is one of the organisers of Poetry Teignmouth and Teignmouth Poetry Festival, runs workshops and is a poetry mentor. Most of all, she loves performing.
She is inspired by many things - chance encounters with wildlife, work of visual artists, music from jazz to Tallis and Mendelsson - and of course the messy business of being human, and the sad state of the planet.
